**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by serving food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Employ basic math skills for handling transactions and upselling menu items effectively.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience through friendly interactions and upselling techniques.
- Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with food preparation and serving techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
- Basic culinary skills, including knife handling and cooking techniques, are advantageous.
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
