**Responsibilities**:

- Preach and teach in alignment with Reformed theology, emphasizing grace-centered and culturally understandable messages
- Lead and participate in church planting efforts in under-resourced or historically hard-to-reach areas
- Develop and implement community outreach initiatives that resonate with diverse ethnic groups in London
- Provide pastoral care, mentorship, and discipleship to congregants and church members
- Facilitate training programs aimed at equipping leaders for church planting and mission work
- Collaborate with Serge UK teams to mobilize and support additional church planting efforts among minority ethnic groups

Requirements and Critical Qualities:

- A strong commitment to Reformed, grace-centered theology
- A deep commitment to humility and teachability as they lead with a servant heart
- Proven experience in church planting, pastoral ministry, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to connect with and minister to diverse ethnic communities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across cultures
- A heart for mission work and a passion for reaching unreached people groups
- A Masters degree in Bible or Theology, or an approved equivalent

- The person in this role raises their full financial support for salary, ministry expenses, and benefits.
