The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is an elegant contemporary 4-star hotel in prestigious Kensington, located two minutes’ walk to High Street Kensington Underground station, making exploring easy. The hotel offers well-appointed and comfortable guest rooms combining Standard, Superior and Club accommodation. Club rooms offer iconic views over the city and include Club Lounge access for complimentary breakfast and refreshments.

**Job Description of Doorman**

**As a Doorman your key responsibilities include**:

- Welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the hotel entrance.
- Open doors and assist guests with entering and exiting the hotel.
- Provide support during check-in and check-out processes by helping guests with their luggage and directing them to the reception area.
- Assist in managing guest queues during peak times to ensure a smooth flow of arrivals and departures.
- Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Collaborate with the concierge and valet parking staff to offer seamless services to guests.
- Hail taxis or arrange transportation for guests as needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Assist with directing traffic and ensuring a safe and orderly entrance area.
- Collaborate with hotel staff to address guest inquiries or concerns effectively.
- Help maintain security measures at the hotel entrance.
