This exciting new role is due to continued growth within the business and you will be joining an experienced team of CAD Surveyors / Technicians. The main purpose of the role as CAD Technician / Surveyor is to conduct site surveys and produce sufficientCAD drawings to meet the regulation standards within the Estates Department.

**KeyResponsibilities of the Architectural CAD Technician / Surveyor**:

- Measure building and site surveys in an AutoCAD format to company standard.
- Undertake and provide CAD drawings (surveys, schemes, planning packs, working drawings, presentation drawings, legal plans, etc).
- You will work with Estates colleagues, Asset Managers, in-house Solicitors and Property Managers to consider and deliver drawings and plans to assist with a range of works including strip outs, white boxing, alterations, defect diagnosis and repair, oversightof tenants’ proposals, services layouts, lease plans, etc.
- Provide advice and processes that are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Understand and abide by healthy and safe working conditions.
- Ensure effective teamworking and support to colleagues.
- Work in a team but also independently.

**PersonSpecification and Qualifications/Training of the Architectural CAD Technician / Surveyor**:

- Solid understanding of AutoCAD from a Built Environment perspective.
- Ability to confidently undertake measured surveys and site information.
- Provide information to others and receive information form others to draw up, as necessary.
- Health, Safety & Compliance management & delivery.
- Excellent problem solving & analysis skills relative to measurement & drawing.
- Experience in Planning Packs and Building Regulations.
- Experience in other drawing forms beneficial but not essential.
- Qualifications preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of DataBase (Qube/ MRI Horizon) a benefit.
- Conversant with MS style software and computer resources.
