Curo, a leading Housing Association based in Bath, is seeking a pro-active individual to take on the role of Supply Chain Administrator to join the Property Operations team, providing administrative support to our supply chain and fleet team.
- ** This role will require you to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle. You will also be asked to support in the moving around of fleet vans.**:
- ** You will be working out of our Keynsham office once a week, 2 days a week out of The Maltings, in Bath.**

**What you'll be doing**
We are seeking a highly organised and pro-active Supply Chain Administrator to join our team based in Bath. While there is flexibility for remote work, we expect team members to be in the office at least three days a week, with one of those days spent working in the Saltford/Keynsham area.
The successful Supply Chain Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of efficient and effective fleet and supply chain contracts that provide exceptional services to our internal customers.
**Key daily duties will include**:
- Communication with operatives.
- Manage an evolving material catalogue.
- Support comprehensive stock takes and oversee warehouse management.
- Resolve queries and ensure fleet compliance.
**Stakeholder engagement is crucial to the success of this position, specifically you will be expected to**:
- Nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively participate in contractor and stakeholder meetings.
- Lead impactful internal projects.
**Other duties include but not only**:
- Provide essential training to operatives.
- Write, issue, and ensure follow-through on meeting minutes and action items.
- Create and present detailed reports, addressing any arising questions with precision.
**More about you**
For the colleague to be successful in this role, they will ideally have the following background and skills:
- The ability to work collaboratively and flexibly is essential. Teamwork is highly valued in our area, so you must be able to work independently as well as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- has a driving license and access to a vehicle and feels confident in being able to drive a van as and when required. (Confidence training in driving a van will be available).
- With experience of providing high quality, customer focused services that deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, an attention to detail is essential.
- With experience of providing administrative services within an organisation which deals with large volumes of varied transactions and a complex customer base.
- An understanding of the invoice process, along with experience in reconciling statements from contractors, will be advantageous.
- Who is methodical and has an organised approach to work with the ability to handle a busy, varied workload. Being able to cope with interruptions and changes and manage meeting targets and deadlines.
- Demonstrate a good level of numeracy, literacy and IT skills, especially Excel and Word
Experience of working in a supply chain environment would be an advantage but is not essential and training will be provided.
At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same.
