- Operate lines at maximum efficiency to ensure all production plans are achieved on time and to quality standards
- Support the hourly/daily/weekly performance reviews on the line ensuring correct downtime analysis is highlighted to Man Tech and action is taken in a timely manner
- Ensure all KPIs are achieved eg. OEE, QRFT, Waste, Changeovers, Autonomous Maintenance
- Effectively complete the maintenance tasks in respect of autonomous maintenance
- Take ownership for own training plan with support from the Technician
- Ensure right first time completion of all line documentation including Change control, Q Pulse and Maximo

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Production line experience on high speed packaging equipment in FMCG, food, chemical, or pharmaceutical environment
- Ability to work to stretching targets
- Computer literate
- Awareness of quality/Good Manufacturing Practice and experience of a KPI focussed environment
