The purpose of this role is to support and deliver successful projects within our Air Care team working on Liquid Electrical Device from concept creation, technical development right through to launch. You will be the Technical Project lead on Air Freshener Device projects working end to end to see them launched to market. Through developing products for our leading brand Air Wick, you have the platform to become an R&D technical expert.

**You’ll succeed because.**
- You have strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
- You have strong problem-solving skills - methodical approach to technical issues and able to present them in a logical, clear and concise manner and recommend feasible solutions.
- You are degree qualified in a relevant scientific discipline (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Chemical Engineering.etc is desirable)
- You have a proven record of delivering technical projects in FMCG industries. Experience in developing household electrical appliances is an added advantage but not essential.
- You have an understanding of consumer needs and are able to translate them into technical success criteria of a product after getting alignment with relevant stakeholders.
- You have the ability to work with multinational teams to deliver projects globally.
