**R&D Assistant/Associate - Wellness**

If you are just starting your career or looking for your next move, we have the have several exciting opportunities across R&D Operations - Wellness.

You’ll be responsible for providing technical support to innovation, compliance and/or supply projects, on a designated range of Reckitt's Wellness brands, such as Veet, Optrex and Clearasil.

You will be responsible for a wide range of activities throughout the whole product lifecycle, across several product formats and classifications, and ensure all required actions are performed on time and to the required standards for healthcare products. Key project activities may include new product development, technology (site to site) transfers and raw material / packaging material qualification.

You will support the generation of technical documentation associated with the projects, to ensure compliance to internal and external requirements, as well as internal process requirements.

**You’ll succeed because**
you are Degree qualified in a scientific discipline. Previous experience of working in a GMP environment, and a proven track record of delivering projects is desirable.

you’re a self-starting, independent worker, who can work collaboratively as part of a larger team and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

you’ll be responsible for your own projects; this role will build on your existing Healthcare knowledge & experience and will offer plenty of variety on different product lifecycle activities.
