The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Print and Graphic Ladieswear Designer who is passionate about fashion and design innovation. In this pivotal role, you will lead the creation of fresh, commercially viable print and graphic collections tailored for influential high-street fashion brands. Your work will directly impact our product offerings and elevate our brand presence in a competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling seasonal graphic trend boards that inspire and drive collections.
- Conduct thorough competitor and market research to prepare insightful shop reports that identify emerging trends and styles in the ladieswear garment sector.
- Maintain strong customer awareness by analyzing current offers in client stores, including product lines and pricing strategies, to tailor designs to customer needs.
- Liaise effectively with offshore teams to ensure the timely development of high-quality graphic samples aligned with project specifications.
- Champion innovative design techniques by promoting new trends and graphic styles within the design team.
- Partner in the creation of impactful seasonal trend presentations to communicate design directions and graphic themes to stakeholders.
- Manage priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple customer requirements and project deadlines.
- Confidently present creative ideas and design directions to internal teams and external customers, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Coordinate and oversee contributions from freelance designers, ensuring consistent quality and strategic alignment across projects.
- Monitor graphics that become best sellers and use insights to generate new, on-trend designs each season to enhance our product portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within high-street fashion brands, with strong familiarity of current fashion trends and consumer preferences, especially in ladieswear.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Exceptional aesthetic sensibility, able to expertly combine colors, fonts, and layouts for cohesive, impactful designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistent visual composition skills.
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
- Creative, passionate about fashion and design, and eager to push boundaries.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
