Hiring Entrepreneurial CEO/COO for High-Growth Consumer Venture
We're partnering with an emerging venture that has seen strong early traction in the consumer product space—1000+ VIP signups, products shipped, and a major U.S. retail contract underway for 5,000+ units. The business is backed by a founder with a strong track record in product design, innovation, and venture creation, and is supported by a high-caliber leadership team.
The company is now seeking an entrepreneurial CEO or COO to lead operations and scale the business. This role isn’t a typical “hiring down” situation—it's ideal for:
- A second-time founder looking for a high-potential venture at a more advanced stage;
- A senior operator ready to step into co-ownership or a founding role;
- A driven MBA graduate or first-time founder-type with the ambition to run a business—with the support of an experienced team.
The product sits at the intersection of retail and tech, with a current focus on hydration innovations. It also connects to a broader venture studio model being developed quietly behind the scenes.
We're looking to speak with individuals who have the operational leadership and entrepreneurial mindset to turn product-market fit into scalable growth—and beyond.
