**SUPERSTARS NEEDED FOR BUSY OSTEOPATHIC CENTER**

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house and support team across two locations, providing exceptional service to our patients.

**Yes? Then we’re looking for you**
- You’ll run a busy reception, with wide ranging duties, delivering a WOW customer service to our patients. Superb training and support provided.
- Ensure efficient scheduling of patients and practitioners across both clinic sites.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, both in-person and on the phone.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and ensure adherence to clinic protocols.
- Work collaboratively with clinicians and the business owners to optimize clinic operations.
- Embrace new learning opportunities and maintain a proactive approach.

**Must be flexible with hours - some evenings and Sat mornings.**

Hours: 30H per week
