**What will you be doing as our Technical Pre-Sales Consultant?**

A Pre-Sales Consultant at mpro5 configures and presents the mpro5 SaaS platform to clients. They own and are responsible for the Pre-Sales engagement process with the clients: the Pre-Sales team supports their Sales counterpart(s) throughout the sales cycleuntil the decision point by configuring and presenting demos, assisting with presentations, and responding to questions and meeting clients. After business wins, the Pre-Sales Consultant provides effective handover to the Delivery team.

Because the mpro5 platform is very flexible and configurable, the Pre-Sales team needs to be able to effectively adapt demos to suit each client’s business and quickly qualify whether the platform will be able to meet their requirements. They need to bea trusted advisor to clients, with confidence in describing how the platform works as a whole as well as how it can be tailored to specific use cases. They are part of the Sales & Marketing team.

This role is for someone with strong technical foundations and skills, without necessarily having a programming background.They should have a good eye for UI/UX to ensure that the demos look and feel highly polished.

**Your responsibilities as our Technical Pre-Sales Consultant will include**:

- Supporting and positively influencing sales propositions to win deals in a Pre-Sales capacity
- Preparing, configuring, testing and presenting effective product demos to clients online and in person
- Maintaining and enhancing sector-specific demo environments
- Producing documentation around demos and client meetings
- Building strong relationships with client technical contacts
- Providing effective handover to the delivery team

**What makes you our ideal Technical Pre-Sales Consultant?**

We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, likes a challenge, has a strong attention to detail and will strive for excellence when configuring and delivering demos. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate technical concepts to anon-technical audience are a must.
- 1-2 years of SQL experience
- Client-facing experience
- A clear understanding of technical solutions and the value proposition of solutions to businesses around efficiency
- Quality-oriented with good attention to detail
- The ability to work to deadlines, demonstrating drive and a positive approach to work
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
