Role Overview:

As the Head of Pre-Sales, you will lead and manage the pre-sales team, driving the development and delivery of innovative solutions that meet client needs and support the sales process. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to project execution. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on involvement in high-profile client engagements.

As a Head of Pre-Sales, you'll be responsible for:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the pre-sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement pre-sales strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
  • Solution Development: Oversee the creation of tailored solutions that address client needs and differentiate our offerings in the market.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present solutions, and build strong relationships.
  • Proposal Management: Lead the development of high-quality proposals, including RFP/RFI responses, estimates, and sales collateral.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and a smooth transition from pre-sales to project execution.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform pre-sales strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on pre-sales performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
