Here at P&O Ferries we are seeking an **Customer Operations Agent**to join our team here in **Larne**on a **25hr permanent contract.**

This is an opportunity to work as part of the Port Operations team helping to ensure that we process freight and passenger traffic, providing a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities and duties:

- Tourist and Freight embarkation and disembarkation operations safely and effectively carried out
- Tourist and Freight check in, embarkation and disembarkation carried out efficiently
- Ships Departure times on time or earlier
- Good AttendanceFlexibility across all skills
- Customer service and customer experience skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organisational skillsEffective communication skills

Desirable:
Strong interpersonal communication skills

Location - Larne, this role operates on 12hr day and night shifts.
