**The impact you will have**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Systems Compliance Administrator join Arjo in our Belfast office, to carry out a range of duties for the Systems Compliance Team.

Your role will be to ensure that all documents and records required within the department are correctly completed, appropriately registered, filed and where necessary followed up in accordance with Arjo’s local agreed operating guidelines and procedures, group standard operating procedures and directives and current regulations in force..

**Duties will include**:

- To administrate and register on the TrackWise system CAPA, Audit, results and any associated actions.
- Liaison with QRC and other Arjo staff as required to assist in the completion of any outstanding CAPA checks, Audit findings or project work.
- Daily monitoring of the TrackWise system database for information and investigation updates.
- To support the Systems Compliance Team ensuring that internal and external customer requests for information in relation to tender questionnaire’s are completed and returned on time.
- Ensure Adverse Incidents and insurance claims received are processed in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and the associated documentation and investigation has been completed and actions as required have been taken.
- Assist in the processing and communication of any Health and Safety meetings notes.
- Preparation of operational information for QRC reports.
- To accurately process and administrate data required by the relevant compliance agencies in relation to WEEE, Packaging and Battery Regulations.
- Raise departmental Purchase Orders, as necessary for approval.
- Assist the QRC Systems Compliance team by undertake as and when required local office system audits.
- Assist where required in the registration and update of procedures through the change control process for the local management systems in place.
- To perform any other reasonable task required in relation to the support of Arjo’s QRC Operations.
- When required, due to holidays, excessive workloads, etc, assist the Customer Compliance Team in complaint handling,

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required**:

- Administrative experience, preferably within a customer orientated environment.
- An effective communicator used to dealing with internal and external customers at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both on the telephone and face to face.
- Attention to detail and the ability to organise own work load and work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Quality, Environmental, OH&S Management Systems would be beneficial.
- Willingness to learn new skills
