**Summary of Role**
- Role: Waking night shift carer
- Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am (incl. breaks)
- Shift pattern: 4 nights on followed by 4 nights off
- Salary: £11 per hour
- Overview of role: To provide personal care for individuals who may need support during the night.

**Description**

Cocklebury Farmhouse Homes is a small, independent care home that provides accommodation and care for individuals who have a learning disability and behaviours which challenge.

We are looking for two individuals who can join our team as Waking Night Carers. You will be responsible for supporting the individuals in the home that may need personal care throughout the night.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Meet the needs of our residents in an inclusive and person centred manner
- Uphold routines and structure
- Understand the values of care and follow specific training.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Prior experience is preferred but not a necessary requirement, as full training will be provided.

You need to have a proactive and energetic attitude.

**Salary**

Starting from £11 per hour.

Salary increases with skills, development, and the investment you make in the people within your care.
