Park Blue Homes is a residential provider for children and young people aged 7-17 years who display emotional, challenging behaviours, and who have mild learning difficulties. We are looking for Waking Night Support Workers to join one of our teams at our home near Chippenham, Wiltshire.

As a Waking Night Support Worker you will be on hand to offer the young people support throughout the night if required, along with a staff member on sleep in duty.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorships.

**Main Roles & Responsibilities**
- Ensure the safeguarding of the young people living in the home
- Maintaining a safe living and working environment
- Adhere to all policies and procedures and ensure that these are followed by team members
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with young people and to help increase their self-confidence and self-worth.

The role will include weekends and Bank Holidays.

Under the terms of the Children’s Homes Regulations, due to the ages of the young people we look after, all applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

**Pre-employment Checks**

**Salary**: £120 per night

Four nights per week between the hours of 21:30 pm - 07:30 am.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: £120.00 per day

- 10 hour shift
