**Our Opportunity**
We’ve an exciting new opportunity for an experienced **Customer Support Advisor** to join our Global Customer Support Team in **Oldham**. You’ll be responsible for providing excellent first line support to our UK-wide and European customers troubleshooting a broad range of technical matters.
As a natural problem solver, you’ll be required to learn and advise on mechanical, electrical and software installations and issues. This position will prove an ideal opportunity to develop your skills further in a varied and challenging role.
**As a **Customer Support Advisor**, you will have the following responsibilities**:
You’ll provide excellent customer service and technical support to new and existing customers relating to our cash validation and print products and services.
You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of the entire mechanical, electronic and software product range.
You’ll investigate technical faults, bugs, recurring issues and product fault trends escalating to the Customer Support Engineers where necessary.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience required to become our **Customer Support Advisor**:
Vocational course certification or extensive hands-on commercial experience in a similar position.
Experience in a customer-facing position, ideally in a technical support role is essential
Experience of interfacing peripherals to computer hardware
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to learn about new and complex products and services quickly
Able to demonstrate analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Proven team player
