Venn Group are currently working on a position with a highly-regarded Healthcare organisation, based in Cambridgeshire, to source an Executive Assistant for the following assignment:
**EA (Ref: J72811)**

Location: Cambridgeshire (hybrid working)

Contract: 3 months+

Rate: £15.58 per hour plus holiday pay

Hours: 37.5 per week

**Your duties will include**:

- Providing an efficient, effective, confidential, and comprehensive personal administrative support and co-ordination for the Executive Directors, Non-Executive Directors and other senior managers
- Being the first point of contact for all callers to the assigned Directors and senior managers, initiating and coordinating communications and responses on their behalf
- Proactively managing the assigned Directors and senior managers’ diaries and 'bring forward' systems in an effective and efficient manner, anticipating their requirements, responding to changing circumstances and demands on their time, and ensuring that they are fully prepared for meetings and other diary commitments
- Handling the incoming mail, responding and redirecting for appropriate action
- Ensuring the efficient management of follow-up actions and paper preparation, for meetings in which the Directors are involved, using own initiative to follow-up on progress as appropriate
- Providing effective minute taking for meetings led by the Directors and senior managers as well as Board and committee minutes (as required) and ensure that these are completed and distributed in a timely manner
- Experience of preparing and maintaining meeting papers including agendas, minutes and action logs
- Experience working as an Executive Assistant at Senior Management or Board level
- The ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting deadlines, and work on your own initiative, as well as be a team player
- Computer literacy with experience of working with Microsoft Office packages
- Demonstrable time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
