  • Leading and supporting HR projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Analysing HR data, including diversity metrics, gender pay gap, compensation and benefits trends
  • Preparing high-impact presentations and reports for senior leadership
  • Supporting HR administration, documentation, and compliance activities
  • Partnering across departments to design and implement new HR initiatives
  • Continuously identifying ways to enhance systems, workflows, and reporting

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field

  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence in Excel and data interpretation
  • Experience using HRIS and reporting tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Based in
Huntingdon
with occasional travel to
Waterbeach


Hybrid working
- standard work-from-home days on
Monday and Friday


Up to £35,000
, depending on experience
