**About the Role;**

Amelio Group are recruiting an organised and strategic graduate marketing officer/bid writer to work from Head Office, Belfast, BT11. We have an exciting opportunity within our Belfast Head Office.

The Role;
- Review and analyse PQQ/ tender documents.
- Prepare & proof read written responses to PQQ/Tender questions.
- Produce and update supporting documentation.
- Preparation of tender presentations when required.
- Review, feedback and edit bid responses as appropriate.
- Create high-quality written marketing content for internal and external channels.
- Ambassador of Amelio branding - providing advice and support to the company and external bodies.
- Work alongside the events team to create opportunities to engage internal and external audiences.
- Measure and report on content engagement.
- Keeping abreast of digital trends.
- Content generation for online platforms.

**Who we are looking for;**
- Hold a marketing / communications qualification.
- Training and experience of using digital design tools.
- You will develop professionally and personally as a successful Marketing Officer/Bid Writer within a growing organisation.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Positive approach to working under pressure
- Accurate attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday.
- Overtime may be required when meeting deadlines.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Belfast, BT11 8BU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
