**Package: Basic £40,000 - £45,000 / £75,000 - £90,000 OTE + Car Allowance**

The client are a leading FinTech SaaS provider with market leading solutions and a reputation for quality. The business have over 20000 staff globally and the average employee stays with the company 12 years, you can be assured you are joining a reputablecompany. They are looking for an Account Manager to join one of their most successful business units selling their SaaS offering.
The Account Manager will be responsible for generating revenue from growth of cloud software sales & associated services from a base of financial services companies, mainly accountancy firms. This will be achieved in a manner of ways but predominantly viavideo meetings as well as some face-to-face field activity and events.
You will account manage existing customers as well as generate new business revenue via proactively contacting customers. You will play a pivotal role in building and growing the customer base and this team in particular deals with some of the companiesbest solutions.
Ideally you will have a background selling SaaS / Software Solutions / Services / Technology in to Accountancy / Financial Services firms. A mix of new business and account management background is also preferable.
**Essential Role Requirements: Account Manager**
- Educated to minimum degree level or equivalent relevant work experience;
- You will have a proven track record of growing revenues within a high tech, IT consulting or services company in both business development and account management
- You will have the ability to develop a business case and demonstrate value to your customers
- Proven at building relationships
- Demonstrated experience selling & enabling SaaS solutions
- Experience selling solutions comprising of consulting, implementation and training services
- Previous knowledge and experience of the Accounting industry;
- Previous experience of working in a similar target-based sales role within a dynamic, fast paced commercial environment with a proven track record in achieving targets
**Competencies: Account Manager**
- Strong negotiating skills that employ a sales methodology
- Ability to confidently present to clients using the current technology such as Microsoft Teams
- Capability of managing medium-large sized accounts in a defined region
- Ability to manage time and prioritise accordingly
- Experience of working under pressure to 'hard’ deadlines
- Ability to communicate and report effectively and accurately to line manager using Salesforce e.g. pipeline, activity.
- Excellent communication/presentation, software demonstration and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Maturity and ability to quickly build trust and credibility with clients
- Demonstrable experience dealing with decision makers at all levels, including C- level;
- Flexible and self-motivated with experience of working independently from home-based environment.
- Current clean driving licence
