Client Services Administrator

**Duties**
- Handle incoming calls from clients, service partners and field engineers.
- Requesting quotes from Service Partners and providing clients with costs and scheduling works in accordance with requirements.
- Assisting Operations department to update Operating Software with accurate site information and subcontractor details.
- Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly
- Finance Support; raising task completion sheets for the Accounts Department to raise invoices
- Provide clerical support, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence management
- Assist in the development of office procedures to enhance productivity
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Experience with Big Change software
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Effective phone etiquette and communication abilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
