**Inside Sales Business Development & Processing**
PES Group is a leading supplier of industrial control products to control panel builders, switchgear manufacturers and OEMs.

As part of our defined growth targets, we are looking for an Internal Sales processor at Washington Branch.
**Your responsibility**
- Assist customers with any order processing ,logístical, general service ,progress enquires
- Placing orders and quotes
- Prioritizing workload and multitasking, helping with logistics for van runs and customer priorities.
- Prepare quotes for materials including pricing and product availability checks
- Assist customers with product selection
- Proactively manage order fulfilment and provide timely updates to customers about delivery times/delays
- Use electronic supplier portals to process orders, enquiries & invoices
- Follow up quotes to increase quote conversion rate & help with sales targets achievement
- Warehouse management duties including but not limited to material data management, customer returns processing, annual stock check, etc.
- Report to area manager and marketing team
**Your competences**
- Experience in a customer service, order processing sales role
- Electrical wholesale industry experience would be beneficial Basic computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Good team player
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Must be extremely attentive to detail
