Winning new customers - booking and attending high-quality appointments, running structured on-site meetings and presenting tailored solutions that clearly demonstrate value. Building and managing your territory pipeline - analysing your area, planning activity, using cold calling, face-to-face visits and networking to generate opportunities and keep a healthy pipeline moving. Experience in B2B sales and/or account management, ideally in commercial or hazardous waste or a related service-led sector. A proven track record of securing new business and working to ambitious sales targets. Strong communication and listening skills - you’re clear, concise and able to build rapport quickly. Confidence in negotiating and influencing, and comfortable challenging constructively where needed. An organised, structured approach - you manage your time, territory and pipeline well and use data to stay on top of your numbers. Resilience and tenacity - you’re able to deal with setbacks, stay positive and keep going in a competitive environment. A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North East to visit customers. You don’t need to meet every single requirement to be considered. If this role appeals to you and you have most of the experience listed, we encourage you to apply - attitude, curiosity and a commitment to doing the right thing for customers matter most.
