**Main Duties**:

- Responsibility for the development and integrity of the Scheduling of many minor construction projects and ensuring that all activities, events and milestones are logically linked, fully resourced and aligned within the great team and calendar.
- Ensuring contractual Agreements have been met, and allocated comprehensively in the exciting team.
- Supporting the Project Team by performing analysis such as critical path, schedule risk analysis and real time global deliver data can be communicated
- Supporting Bid and Proposal activities through the collation and transfer of Basis of Estimates into the Pricing Team
- Support customers with problems in delivery, unexpected complications and new schedule of works.

Ability to support and guide Managers and their teams’ ability to multi-task, with good written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the business.
- Ability to work with Directors clearly and concisely to estimate costs and unforeseen circumstance
- Ability to support, guide and influence teams to ensure programmes run smoothly.
- Commercial and Business awareness in a construction environment.
- Experienced working with multi-disciplined teams
