We have an opportunity for a Project Engineer to become a Project Manager, looking for the next step into Management with a long-term client, in their Technology and Equipment Team, based in Crewe.

Working with the Global Engineering and Manufacturing team, you will be an experienced, and driven Project Engineer. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of multiple projects with the main goals: ensuring projects are produced to the highestquality achievable and delivered on-time, every time.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Manage equipment supply projects from initial design, through procurement, manufacture, inspection, and testing, to delivery, construction, and commissioning.
- Manage several projects simultaneously.
- Ensure equipment and materials are procured and received on schedule.
- Manage, and engage with suppliers and fabricators, inspect and test equipment.
- Compile and check drawings and documentation.
- Ensure that projects meet agreed budget, schedule, safety.
- Ensure performance targets are met and comply with all applicable legislation.

This role will suit someone looking to move into project management, our client will provide all the necessary training to have you successfully managing small to mid-scale projects.

About you:
The successful applicant will be Degree qualification in a relevant engineering discipline with experience gained in an EPC/EPCM environment servicing the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Petrochemicals industries. Committed to getting it right, with a desire tolearn. Sound knowledge of and main priority being Health and Safety. You must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can maintain strong business relationships at all levels across a multicultural global environment. Analyticalskills and strong ability to work with detail and accuracy. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced ever changing global business. Initiative to deliver workload unsupervised and support the wider team. Working under pressure to meet multiple, often competingdeadlines. Ideally your background will be in Industrial Gases, Gas Generation, or equipment manufacture.
