No experience is needed, though preferred, as full shadowing, training, and qualifications will be offered. **A**full driving license, use of a vehicle, and KINDNESS are all that are required. * - Support with personal care - Nursing care (Catheter care and PEG feeds) - full training provided - Ordering, collecting, and administrating medication - Commode and continence care - Support people with dementia/Parkinsons and other common illnesses in aged people. - Persuading and encouraging people who lack capacity or motivation - Domestic duties/ bed changes - Meal preparation and cooking - Supporting people to make GP appointments, referrals, liaising with other health care professionals - Companionship, emotional support - Dignified end-of-life [trained and supported] - Please note our positions are mainly solo working and visiting people's homes (with some colleague-accompanied). **Contracted Rotated Shifts.** ** Opportunity for career progression.** **PAY** - **£13.05per hour**for all visit time - £11.44ph applicable to the 5/10min time between appointments - 25p per mile traveled to cover petrol costs, (and can claim a further 20p for each mile from HMRC each year). - Time & half Bank Holidays - £20ph Christmas Day - Cost of DBS will be reimbursed in the first pay **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £13.05-£20.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Company pension - Referral programme Flexible language requirement: - English not required Schedule: - Day shift Application question(s): - Why do you want this role? - What are your ideal hours?
