The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Customer Support Specialist includes:

- Maintain a very high standard of professionalism in customer facing interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their queries and issues are resolved.
- Ensures that documented processes are followed, knowledge is shared and kept up to date and documentation is developed and maintained (Knowledgebase materials).
- Escalates client issues where appropriate to Customer Support Manager, Product & Development teams, Implementation team or Squad.
- Ensures full records of all customer interactions are maintained and accurate.
- Completes user acceptance testing on product bugs and provide feedback to development team.
- Manage handover calls from customers coming into their live phase.

- You are a recent graduate who is ambitious and willing to learn what providing a great customer experience looks like.
- Strong prioritisation skills.
- Remains calm under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Independence - Ability to investigate and troubleshoot raised issues.
- Handles high severity issues constructively and diplomatically.
- Able to follow documented processes without deviating.
- Ability to type at least 40-50 words per minute.
- Ability to construct written responses with perfect customer facing grammar.
- Professional telephone manner
