Essential
- Proven experience of creating artwork and assets via a portfolio.
- Comfortable generating ideas for projects.
- Familiarisation and some experience with industry standard tools. [Photoshop, Illustrator etc.]
- Experience working within a team environment.
- Familiarisation with a project planning tool [Jira, Trello etc.]

Desirable
- Concept development for original IP.
- Traditional pipeline of learning through a university environment.
- Any professional experience as an Artist
- Familiarisation with industry standard Game Engines.

Skills and Abilities
- Ensuring assets are created to your best ability.
- Good knowledge across all forms of concept art.
- Ability to adapt and work in various art styles.
- Ability to rapidly iterate on ideas through rough sketches through to final polish.
- Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload and meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated and productive, a self-starter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong skills in close teamwork within the studio.
- A creative and logical approach to problem-solving with an end user focus.
- High attention to detail.
- A clear, concise and accurate communicator in all formats.
- Good sense of form, shape and silhouette.
- Good sense of colour theory, value and contrast.
- Motivated to learn and prepared to adapt to new processes and pipelines.

Duties and Tasks
- Creating assets to meet project requirements.
- Building assets to game engine specifications and pipelines for Unity.
- Using Photoshop and Illustrator on a daily basis to create art assets.
- Building content within the requirements of the target platform.
- Taking part in stand ups and team meetings for communication of project goals.
- Communicating the burn down of your art tasks, using Jira and working with the Senior Artists to prioritise your work.
