Office Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring receipt, checking accuracy, and recording daily job sheets from site staff
- Monitoring receipt, checking accuracy and recording daily risk assessments from site staff
- Issuing and recording receipt of company documents issued to staff
- Monitoring time machine entries, checking accuracy and transferring data to company wages spreadsheets
- Assisting in answering general enquiries phone calls from customers
- Liaise with site staff when needed
- Scanning documents to network folders
- Preparing forms for new starters
- Assisting Directors as necessary
- Database and Spreadsheet Management
- Tracking company fleet
- Recording of time off for employees
- This is not an extensive list, other duties as and when required
**Experience**
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £27,625.00 per year
