SEO Specialist

We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to join our St Albans or Cheltenham team. This could be a hybrid role for the right person.

**What do we need?**

Working across a range of client accounts, no two days will be the same and you’ll get to test your skills to the max across a variety of industries. You’ll work alongside the Account Leads, to deliver high quality work to our clients that makes a difference.

We make decisions based on data, so you’ll be happy digging deep into our client’s campaigns to assess success and be happy to share your ideas on how we can constantly improve results.

We would prefer someone with agency experience, but we’re pretty open-minded so if your background is in an in-house role, you’re passionate and you fit the criteria, we’d love to hear from you.

**You’ll be**:

- Experienced and knowledgeable in all disciplines of SEO (technical SEO, local SEO, international SEO and / or eCommerce SEO)
- A team player
- Keen to learn new skills
- Willing to share your knowledge and expertise with the rest of the team
- Someone who embraces success and failure equally - there’s no room for egos

**You’ll have**:

- 2+ years of proven experience in an SEO role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Strong proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and SEMrush.
- Great attention to detail in all disciplines of SEO, such as keyword research and on-page optimisation.
