We provide a safe and caring environment in which young people are encouraged and empowered to move forward positively, and to achieve the independent skills they need to live positive and fulfilling lives in the future. The team works in two 24-hour supported accommodation services for young people aged 16 to 25, who have been, or are at risk, of homelessness. The projects offer high quality accommodation to 20 and 15 residents, including large communal areas and garden spaces, providing opportunities for innovation in 1:1 support and group work activities. The experienced and committed staff adopt a trauma informed and psychologically informed approach to supporting young people to fulfil their aspirations and transition into independent living.
