Butler rose are partnered with a fantastic well know brand based in Kendal. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Financial Controller to join a great well-established team in a fantastic business. As Financial Controller you will be responsible for the strategydevelopment & deployment across the EMEAC region. Providing strong leadership to the Finance Function for the region. In addition to managing the day-to-day finance activities as well as reporting and analysis requirements of the region. The job will be partof the larger Finance Department and report directly into the Finance Director.
Your new role as Financial controller:
Your duties will include:
To develop with P&L owners cost-effective plans that key into, and support agreed business objectives to ensure stability, growth, and flexibility in an ever-changing environment.
Analyse and review corporate accounting & finance operating performance, as compared to approved operating budgets and forecasts.
To ensure compliance with statutory requirements and provide monthly management accounts for the parent company.
Responsible for timely and accurate internal and external company tax compliance and reporting.
To have overall responsibility on all matters connected to SOX compliance relating to financial reporting and financial record keeping including processes and procedures.
To provide day-to-day support and guidance to finance teams including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury.
Participating in the internal forecasting and budgeting requirements.
The Experience & Qualifications Required:
ACA / ACCA/CIMA Qualified
Driven & ambitious individual who will thrive in a swiftly moving, ever-changing environment
Management experience including personnel and team development
Experience with financial reporting would be highly desirable

A salary of up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience
