**Simpson Judge are partnered with a leading brand based in the Northwest. With over 200 employees and store locations across the UK, they're looking to hire a Financial Controller to join the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing international business.

The Financial Controller whilst leading a finance team of 4 and reporting into the Finance Director, will be responsible for:
**Financial Controller Key responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate and contribute to the monthly senior manager meetings.
- Responsible for a broad range of global compliance and development initiatives
- Build and utilise system experience and business process to drive efficiency's.
- Act as senior contact to key internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the cost accounting, working closely with the supply chain team.
- Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare the year end statutory accounts.
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
**Financial Controller requirements**:

- Have experience in leading a finance team in a busy Retail / FMCG environment.
- Experience in using an ERP software, preferably Dynamics.
**For this the Financial Controller will receive a competitive salary up to £70,000 + excellent benefits + Hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home.
