We are an independent payments advisor offering guidance on all types of business payment solutions. We are independent and work with a wide range of payment service providers and acquiring partners, enabling us to offer a wide range of payment solutions across all sectors.

We will compare the widest range of payment solutions in the marketplace to help the merchant to find the best possible package customised to their needs as a business, saving them time and money on card processing fees. We offers simple and concise advice when finding the right package for merchants. We will work with them to assess their needs, before matching them with the best hardware and software suppliers, all at the lowest possible rates.

**Role**

Due to the increasing success of our business, we have expanded rapidly over the last few years and we are now hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This new role has been created to provide much needed support to our directors and will support them in the smooth running of the company.

This would make you an integral part of our team as you will play an essential part on overseeing the business operations. This will also include working with our external partners to ensure the smooth running of the core business functions including Finance, HR, Payroll, IT aspects of the company and preparing information for the directors. It would be great if you have an understanding of how a business operates, but more important is that you have a willingness to learn.

We work closely with businesses from all industries, therefore require someone who is comfortable managing confidentiality boundaries, is flexible with a can-do attitude and is able to build strong relationships with their peers operating at a very senior level.

As well as being able to build strong partnerships, you will have the ability to gather, analyse and use data to drive the Partnerships strategy forward.

**Key Responsibilities**

- General administration regarding calls and Policies.
