Do you have experience of working within the Serviced Office environment? An exciting new brand are looking to grow their current office in Sheffield and require an experienced Centre Manager to join their team and build the centre. As a Centre Manager youwill be the face of the brand and ensure that all members and tenants are made to feel part of the community. You will be based in a brand new centre and surrounded by cafe's restaurants and bars - this is a really great environment in a prominent Sheffieldlocation. Your previous experience in a similar role will allow you to hit the ground running and build a fun and friendly team.

**Duties**:

- Welcoming members/ visitors and managing building access
- Operationally focused floor walks to ensure the cleanliness is of the highest standard and maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly
- Managing food and beverage areas - ensuring stock is available
- Resolving day to day member queries as well as supporting members to move-in and move-out.
- Meeting with members to understand their needs and follow up on any issues raised
- Hosting tours for visitors and potential new members
- Overseeing the day to day running of the building and reception duties
- Plan and hold member events to engage the community and connect members
- Mange building expenses
- Meeting targets for new members and retention

You will have worked in a similar role previously and be experienced in this growing industry.
