Compassion in World Farming International is a global movement transforming the future of food and farming. As Global Accounts Receivable Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting this mission by ensuring supporter income and financial transactions are accurately recorded, helping drive real change for animals, people, and the planet.

Role Type: Full time; Permanent

Location: Godalming, UK (hybrid working pattern 2x days in the office per week)

**Salary**: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience)

About The Role

As Global Accounts Receivable Assistant, you’ll be part of a collaborative Finance team, responsible for accurately recording supporter income and financial transactions across multiple international entities.

Your work will help ensure our systems run smoothly, our records are clear, and our teams, from Fundraising to Marketing, have the financial data they need to keep driving change. You’ll be involved in everything from posting income and resolving queries to supporting system improvements and cross-team collaboration.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be conscientious and proactive, with an outstanding eye for detail and a methodical approach to administrative tasks. You may be looking for your first role in finance or looking for a new opportunity where your work contributes to meaningful impact. While prior experience is not essential, you will need a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

You’ll have to be comfortable working with systems and data, able to manage routine tasks with care, and confident in communicating with colleagues across departments and country offices. Additionally, you will be able to identify and escalate any discrepancies or inaccuracies in financial data, ensuring that issues are flagged promptly and handled appropriately by the correct team member.
