About the company**
Founded in 1992 and headquartered in?San Jose, California, our client specializes in helping their customers get the most out of their data with industry-leading cloud data services, storage systems, and software. This role is to work within the storage systemssection of the business delivering projects.
**About the job role**
Within a small team of around 9 dotted across the globe, you will be the main point of contact for creating and setting up campaigns
- Lead Management, ensure all leads are uploaded correctly (Automation set up correction), and flow through the systems, work with the Sales teams for lead follow up, progression and feedback. Report on lead status
- Deliver campaign performance results, insights, and recommendations for the team
- Manage the Conversations marketing and chat bot program, continually optimising and refining the chat flow to deliver qualified leads
- Implement and manage Asana for cross team project management and collaboration
- Campaign Content tagging, journey and lifecycle management

**Skills/experience required**
- Must have experience in Marketo or Hubspot and SFDC
- Some experience with HTML and Graphic Design preferred. An eye for Creativity & design - for banner's and imagery for campaigns
- Ability to work cross-collaboratively across groups within the Marketing business unit
- Strong Communication Skills to work across the Globe and across timezones
- Organization & Project management Skills - ability to juggle multiple projects at once

**Additional Information**
This is a fully remote role but the option is available for being office based from Windsor when restrictions allow, if you wish. The role is covering UK office hours but there may be some flexibility required when working with the global teams.
