**Salary**: 30k-36k
Contract: 12 Month FTC

I am sourcing an experienced HR Advisor that is looking for a new opportunity to progress within a large organisation.
This role focuses on Supporting the HR Manager in the development and delivery of policies, processes and frameworks.

In this role, you will be focusing on Employee Relations, Change, Recruitment and Promotion, Workforce Planning and Learning and Development.
- Take accountability for the development of policies/processes and frameworks in HR related matters ensuing the policy review is maintained.
- Provide standard monthly reporting to ensure standards of operating and customer service are sufficient.
- Delivery of policy updates for managers to promote best practices.
- Analyse sources of people data and produce meaningful information for key stakeholders showing trends, return on investment and value for money.
- Provide expert advice and guidance, as directed by the HR Manager.
- Assist in the implementation of adopted national frameworks and policy and locally developed plans and strategies through project implementation, business cases and annual cycles.
- Liaise and build effective working relationships with internal departments such as Finance, Legal Services, and Professional Standards Department.
- Ad hoc project work as requested by Head of HR

**Person Specification**:

- This role requires travelling around the county so driving is essential.
- Level 5 in HR Management or part qualified CIPD Associate Member of CIPD (MCIPD) or significant experience of generalist HR in a changing environment.
- Previous experience of working in a customer-centric HR function
- Ability to prioritise tasks with conflicting demands/deadlines
- Coaching colleagues and peers in HR-related matters
- Understand how to contribute to performance, ensure targets are met and strive for continuous improvement.
- Great communication
- Computer literate
