**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR Team at Synectics Solutions.
You will contribute to the overall success of our People strategy by delivering a proactive and people-focused HR service. This includes providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and employees on a wide variety of HR matters, such as employee relations, policy and process design & the delivery of key projects.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Support during complex employee cases; including disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence and support with formal investigations and hearings.
- Facilitate the early resolution of employee relations issues, ensuring that the risks associated with such cases are effectively managed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies, procedures and practices and review in line with legislation & current best practice.
- Support the HRBP in implementing and embedding new strategies and initiatives across the company.
- Build good working relationships with all line managers and work as part of a team to deliver excellence in all aspects of HR service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records and provide reports as required.
**About You**
**The successful applicant will have/be**:
- An established HR advisor who is already operating at this level within your organisation.
- An in-depth knowledge and understanding of current employment law and legislation.
- CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience) with commitment to complete CIPD.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually with a can-do attitude.
- A flexible approach to suit business requirements.
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills, including prioritising, time management, ability to meet deadlines & multi-tasking.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, use your initiative and exercise good judgment.
- Ability to analyse information quickly and use it to make robust decisions.
