**Internal & external comms role (mostly internal, certainly initially), to communicate with 600 employees**

A really superb part-time (4 days a week) role a Communications and Engagement Executive for an internal and external comms role to communicate with 600 employees Working closely with HR and Marketing, duties will include:

- Lead on the audit of current communications with employees and create communication framework for implementation
- Work with Head of Marketing and other stakeholders on the development of a policy and framework
- Develop internal communication strategies that enable all employees and associates to engage with the vision, mission and values
- Provide counsel, guidance and tools to managers and senior leadership as to best practices in communicating with employees to elevate performance and engagement

**What you’ll need for this Communications and Engagement Executive**:

- Previous experience of working within an internal communications role, and/or experience of customer communications
- Previous experience of planning and/or delivering communication audits, plans, campaigns and projects
- Excellent copywriting skills and journalistic ability to source stories from employees
- Previous digital and video communications skills
- A professional qualification from, or membership of, the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, Institute of Internal Communications, or the Chartered Institute of Marketing is desirable.

Fully flexible on remote/hybrid/office-based working but would expect people would want to spend some time onsite to get to know it and and the people, so you need to be prepared to be Bristol based sometimes.

£35k pro rata, so £28k for x 4 days.

Interview process is two/three stage and involves HR processes (references, DBS checking and formal paperwork)
