You will be providing support to our Highly experienced and award-winning office team of specialist rehabilitation services, offering bespoke case management solutions for individuals with a wide variety of health conditions, ranging from minor to the most severe and life-altering injuries. Our expertise lies in managing cases for adults and children, with a focus on complex areas including brain injuries, limb loss, advanced orthopaedic care, and mental health challenges.

**Responsibilities**
- Using Inhouse systems: Follow SLA//Escalation/Tier 2 Compliance procedures and take next actions to ensure these procedures are being followed for the relevant tasks.
- Filing and Data Management
- Make and answer telephone calls and assist with enquiries, field calls to the correct person or take a message.
- Effectively utilise collaborative technologies diary management systems provided.
- Effectively utilise internal resources and tools e.g. WIKI to inform working practices.
- Ensure database is constantly maintained with up-to-date information and all documents are named and logged correctly.
- Providing a high standard of Customer Satisfaction.

Pay: £20,000.00-£20,500.00 per year
