R&A Group Ltd provide building service solutions for their clients requirements. They operate within; Industrial, Commercial, Substation & Office facilities, utilising their workforce's vast experience gained throughout many years of working within these sectors.

As a company, R&A have supported apprentices in the past, so you are in safe hands.
**Duties / What does the role look like?**
- Communicate daily with suppliers via telephone and MS Outlook.
- Receive invoices from suppliers and input the invoice information onto Sage, a system you will become an expert in.
- Upload relevant information to supplier portals.
- Assist in organising office documents and maintaining e-filing systems.
- Collaborate with Senior Staff to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
**What skills / qualities should you have**:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good skills for accurate data entry
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A keen interest in learning new skills
**Salary**:
£14,526.20 - £19,240 per annum, depending on experience.
**Working week**:
37hrs.
Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm,
Friday'a are from 8:00am-4:00pm.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at **SCQF Level 6.**
