Do you have previous admin experience? Would you like to work in a state of the art office in Leeds City Centre? Would you like to spend breaks on a sky garden? I'm hiring for an Administrator to work for an outstanding financial organisation in Leeds CityCentre
This if an office based role working 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday and offers a fantastic salary of £23,000 per year plus a competitive benefits package.
So, what's the role?
- Taking responsibility for all aspects of contact with clients and participants of the share plans
- Completing general admin tasks for the clients records
- Taking responsibility for all technical tasks
- Managing a portfolio of companies who are administering employee share plans
- Interacting with customers and clients on operational transactions which are related to their program
- Executing the processing of transactions, including data management, reconciliation, processing, reporting and problem solving
- Researching and responding to inbound client or participant enquiries
- Ensuring that complex issues are explained fully
- Supporting other departments
What am I looking for?
- Previous experience working within financial services/banking or back office roles
- Prove numerical, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills are preferred but not required
- Excellent computer skills - including Microsoft Word and Excel
- The ability to prioritise workload and work towards tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
