**Junior Pre-sales Consultant - risk management software**

FISCAL is expanding and we’re looking for a bright customer facing professional who wants to take their first or second step into Pre-Sales consultancy. They will be technically minded with a passion for engaging customers to help them understand our unique solutions.

**Overview**

your primary mission is to explain technical functionality to non-technical clients, making it simple and clear to understand. Your role will include client demos, proposal preparation, data extraction/manipulation and RFPs.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Become the Product and solution expert in the sales team
- Work closely with sales & prospects to help extract and process data for proof of concepts
- Analyse customer data to extract meaningful insights
- Understand FISCAL's technical solutions inside out
- Demonstrate how FISCAL will solve customer issues and pain
- Help prepare presentations for external sales team
- Responsible for managing the RFI/RFP process with support
- Answer security questionnaires with support from product team
- Provide technical information and training for new sales team members
- Responsible for technical handover between pre and post sales
**We are looking for someone with**
- 2+ years in a client facing role
- 2+ years experience in extracting and manipulating data preferably from accounting systems
- Experience in using Business intelligence tools and fluency in Excel
- Excellent and engaging communicator
- Proactive and responsive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ideally technical Degree or HND or good A’levels
