**Junior Operation Assistant**

**About the job**

We are looking for a **Junior Operation Assistant **reporting to the operation manager of TP-Link UK Ltd. You will be part of the sales team to assess the sales functions, objectives and help to manage existing customer relationships, and with additional responsibilities added as our clients continue to expand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for organizing, archiving, and maintaining relevant files, ensuring orderly and timely access.
- Assist in data entry and organization, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the database.
- Communication Coordination: Handle internal and external communications, ensuring timely transmission of information.
- Daily Assistance: Assist team members in handling daily tasks, providing support to ensure smooth business operations.
- Work with the Sales team closely to monitor day-to-day all sales project progress and figures.
- Handle all customer enquiries and queries, ensuring timely and accurate response and providing customer service.
- Liaison with HQ in China by following up on their requirements and providing sales reports regularly.
- Organizing stock for listing sales, packaging, and disposal where necessary.
- Preparing key accounts stock-up reports and new products setting up.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- At least bachelor’s degree in any disciplinary.
- Preferable related working experience.
- Ability to work cross-culturally and adapt to different working practices and principles.
- Ability to understand the needs of business-to-business environment.
- Ability to liaise closely with partners and other departments and cope well under the pressure of tight deadlines on numerous projects.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Business and market analysis skills, have good sense of numbers.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eager to learn and grow, quick to grasp new knowledge and skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to independently complete assigned tasks

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
