We are looking to hire front of house team members for our Dutch caramel waffle stall at the Edinburgh Christmas Market.

4-5 days weekly — shifts around 6 hours daily.

Temporary opportunity: immediate start, 4 January end.

We are looking for front of house team members to join our Dutch waffle stall at the Edinburgh Christmas Market

Team members will prepare ingredients and interact with customers. The job may consist of:

- Taking orders and payments
- Slicing and filling Dutch stroopwaffles
- Setting up, general cleaning and keeping the stall tidy

As a front of house staff member, you will be at the heart of our business and deliver to our customers a food experience unlike anything they have seen before.

**What we offer**:

- A starting hourly wage of UP TO £12.60. Age dependant.

- Day and Evening shifts, between 9:30 (earliest) and 22:30pm (latest)
- We will provide you with a food hygiene course and training for the role

**Please note that you must be or have the following**:

- Physically able to stand for long periods at a time
- Be able to work well in a team and under pressure
- Comfortable cleaning — we use the “clean as you go” method and have strict hygiene standards
- Not be camera shy - customers love to take photos of our team at work
- Based in Edinburgh or surrounding areas

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and be 18 years or older.

The Christmas Market is not open on Christmas Day.
