We are looking to hire front of house team members for our waffle and strawberry stalls at the Edinburgh Christmas Market.

4-5 days weekly — shifts around 6-8 hours.

Temporary opportunity: 15 November start, 4 January end.

We are looking for front of house team members to join our food stalls at the Christmas Market.

Team members will prepare ingredients and interact with customers. The job may consist of:

- Taking orders and payments
- Preparing and refilling ingredients such as fresh fruits
- Pouring chocolate
- Slicing and filling Dutch stroopwaffles
- Preparing luxury hot chocolates
- Setting up, general cleaning and keeping the stall tidy

As a front of house staff member, you will be at the heart of our business and deliver to our customers a food experience unlike anything they have seen before.

**What we offer**:

- Morning, Day and Evening shifts, between 8am (earliest) and 23pm (latest)

**Please note that you must be or have the following**:

- Physically able to stand for long periods at a time
- Be able to work well in a team and under pressure
- Comfortable cleaning — we use the “clean as you go” method and have strict hygiene standards
- Not be camera shy - customers love to take photos of our team at work
- Based in Edinburgh or surrounding areas
