Passenger Transport Services Administrative Assistant
Barnet
Contract
£15.31 per hour

Our client is looking for an experienced Passenger Transport Services Administrative Assistant.

To provide an effective and efficient Passenger Transport Service in
accordance with the needs and targets of the Transport Service
management and the particular needs of the passengers transported.
To advise the Passenger Transport Service management on availability
and cost of transport to hire from internal and external sources.
To support the Passenger Transport Coordinator to manage the Passenger
Transport Service staff day to day actives in accordance with management
and service provider instructions, procedures and policies.
To assist with the allocation of Passenger Escorts effectively to the most
suitable service users (route) according to their skills, whilst maintaining
best value in the service delivery.

Experience in operational administration and the review of management
targets within timescales.

Demonstrable experience of operating computer and manual based
administrative systems including Excel and Word, with excellent keyboard
skills and accuracy of data input, maintaining manual and computer records
Proven numeracy skills, the ability to verify transport charges as being accurate.

Experience of working in a busy team environment

Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to assist
in preparing and presenting management reports.
